Returns

What we accept

Unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. If it hasn’t been worn, we’ll take it back.

What we don’t accept

Worn, scratched, or damaged pieces. Items outside the 14-day window.

How to return

Email contact@soraistudios.com with your order number and we’ll send you a return label. Once we receive the piece and confirm its condition, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us. We’ll sort it out faster than a formal exchange process.
