Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the mainland United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or military addresses.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees:

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $100 or more (before taxes & discounts).

For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sorai is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
